We have solid relationships with Government institutions in a number of departments including but not limited to: Environment, Transport & Infrastructure, Irrigation, and Energy & Petroleum.

RESEARCH

Identification of projects after meticulous research and thorough due diligence of investor profiles, match the specific project(s) to relevant investors in reference to the needs and requirements, which are well defined in the statistical data acquired during the research phase.

INTEGRATION

Integration of shortlisted investor(s) to the county or national government department(s), depending on the project specifications.

ADVISORY

Provide advice on local community participation where necessary (depending on type of project), engagement with local bodies that the projects are under, implementation of local Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV’s) for international investors or consortiums and contractual negotiations with the relevant bodies.
